The salary for this position ranges from $61,416 to $99,482 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Summary:**
This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to national security while advancing their career in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the airport screening process by coordinating training programs for Transportation Security Officers (TSOs).

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and deliver training programs for TSOs to enhance their knowledge and skills
* Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date with evolving security threats and best practices
* Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
* Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of training programs into daily operations

**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as training and development or security operations
* Strong knowledge of transportation security procedures and protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or business administration
