About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Director to lead our online presence and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Ecommerce strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Ecommerce Strategy
    • Design and implement a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy to drive business growth and increase revenue
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects
    • Oversee cross-functional projects to drive revenue growth, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and A/B testing
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Optimize Customer Experience
    • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform product development and merchandising strategies
    • Implement strategies to improve site usability, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV)
  • Manage Ecommerce Platform
    • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our Ecommerce platform, including Shopify Plus and third-party apps
    • Collaborate with IT and partners to ensure site stability, security, and scalability
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Advanced knowledge of web technologies and analytics tools
    • Project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Qualities
    • Results-driven leader with a passion for Ecommerce and customer experience
    • Collaborative and adaptable, with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
