Job Summary:

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to support our government customer in Fort McNair, Washington, DC. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements.
  • Support the development of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge of website content management, HTML, WordPress, Photoshop, and/or other design-related applications.
  • Develop, code, test, and debug new software and enhancements to existing web software.
  • Familiarize yourself with remediation of 508 compliance issues, Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DIVDS), and American Forces Public Information Management Systems (AFPIMS).
  • Use data analytics in making design decisions and maintain a database of design assets.

Requirements:

  • Current active Secret Security Clearance.
  • At least 5 years of documented proven experience in Web Design and Development.
  • Understanding of web-based technologies and thorough knowledge of website content management, HTML, WordPress, Photoshop, and/or other design-related applications.
  • Ability to interpret business objectives and successfully incorporate those objectives.
  • Be physically located onsite at Fort McNair as required by the client. Some days may be remote.

Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
