Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced facilities technician to join our team. As a facilities technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities, ensuring they operate at their best. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

In this role, you'll oversee the upkeep of all facility systems, conduct preventative maintenance, and handle basic repairs. You'll also develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules, ensuring that our equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you have experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems, we want to hear from you

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment
  • Preventative maintenance on HVAC and fuel stations
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as needed
  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
  • Tracking and reporting issues resolved or in progress


Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • EPA Type II certification or universal (preferred)
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to our store locations
