Dual Chief Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Chief Engineer to join our team at Courtyard Nashville Goodlettsville. As a key member of our engineering and maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the building, grounds, and physical plant are maintained to the highest standards of safety, security, and asset protection.

• Manage and supervise engineering and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of the physical plant to identify and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditures to ensure cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement energy conservation and sustainability initiatives to reduce the hotel's environmental impact.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in building and construction, engineering, or related field; 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or related field; technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing.
