We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse to join our team as a travel nurse specialist. Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care to pediatric patients in the PICU, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, follow established policies and procedures, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a current RN license, at least 1 year of experience in pediatrics or PICU, and basic life support certification.
