Lead Baker

Michel's Bakery is a wholesale bakery with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Lead Baker to join our team and help us continue to produce high-quality breads and pastries.

• Manage the production of breads and pastries, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
• Supervise and train hourly employees and delivery drivers to maintain a reasonable labor cost.
• Order supplies and stocktake to ensure there is enough product on hand.
• Price compare with vendors to ensure the best price is received for ingredients.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure the quality and food safety of baked goods.

Requirements:

• Experience with baking bread and pastries.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
