RiverWoods Durham is seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to join our team. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating resident care, supporting nursing staff, and providing leadership within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in resident assessments and care plan formulation.
- Supervise nursing assistants and provide leadership and direction.
- Document changes in residents' physical or mental status and report findings to the primary care physician and treatment team.
- Establish positive working relationships with team members, residents, and family members.
Requirements:
- Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited college, university, or nursing school.
- Long-term care facility experience and specialized knowledge of nursing care of the elderly.
- Nursing license within the State of New Hampshire.
