Job Title: Psychologist - Medical Clinic

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team in Tustin, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified Psychologist to provide psychological testing, counseling, and evaluations to defined populations. The ideal candidate will have experience in therapy and be able to provide treatment to adults and/or adolescents and children.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides psychological testing, counseling, and evaluations of defined populations.
  • Provides treatment to adults and/or adolescents and children.
  • Renders appropriate and immediate guidance and therapy for members in crisis or in need of clinical services.
  • Maintains written record of therapy, prepares reports and letters.
  • Provides telephone assessment, counseling, resource information, and referrals.
  • May conduct program evaluation to assess quality of care and cost effectiveness of clinical procedures.
  • May offer consultation and inservice training to other mental health professionals on clinical issues relevant to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological disorders.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree from an APA accredited doctorate program with specialization in a field of clinical or counseling psychology.
  • Two (2) or more years of post graduate experience in a behavioral health setting, or a pre-doctoral internship, post-doctoral internship, or fellowship at Kaiser Permanente.
  • License, Certification, Registration.
Work Schedule:

Tuesdays 9:00am-5:30pm, Thursdays 8:30am- 5:30pm, Wednesday or Monday ( 1:00pm -4:30pm)
