Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at NEXDINE Hospitality. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients and guests.

Job Summary:

The Cook will work closely with our Chef and culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards. This includes cooking, baking, and preparing a variety of dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options
  • Bake and prepare pastries, breads, and other baked goods
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Work effectively with the culinary team to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and guests to ensure that their needs are met
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
