Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Cleaning Schedule: Ensure that all areas of the office and plant are cleaned and sanitized according to a predetermined schedule.
- Trash and Recycling Management: Empty and clean trash receptacles, collect recycling, and ensure that all areas are free from litter and debris.
- Bathroom and Break Room Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in the bathrooms and employee break rooms.
- Window Cleaning: Clean windows inside the offices to ensure a clear view and a clean appearance.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the grounds area by picking up trash and cigarette butts, and ensuring that the area is clean and orderly.
- Supply Management: Assist with the organization and disbursement of office supplies and deliveries as needed.
- Safety and Sanitation: Report any safety, sanitary, or fire hazards to the appropriate department, and ensure that all areas are safe and clean.
- Qualifications: Must be able to work all shifts, safely operate a power scrubber, and effectively handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Physical Demands: The employee must be able to stand, walk, and have a full range of motion, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and have specific vision abilities.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required, previous custodial experience preferred, and previous experience in the manufacturing industry is helpful.
