We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Horizon Health in Howard, SD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care through entire visit, including rooming, vitals, history, and medication updates.
  • Provide patient education on health management, referral management, and care coordination.
  • Initiate and perform nursing skills, including injections, vaccinations, labs, and x-rays.
