Hotel Receptionist

The Chicago Deerfield Residence Inn is looking for a skilled Hotel Receptionist to provide top-notch service to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Process guest payments and resolve any billing issues that may arise
• Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure that rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED desired
• Previous experience in a hotel environment or customer service required
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
