About This Role

We are seeking a Process Optimization Engineer to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze manufacturing process cost structure and drive improvement.
  • Troubleshoot problems on the production lines with the production team and propose corrective action.
  • Support staff training with process improvement initiatives.


This is an exempt position, all hours worked will be paid under the yearly wage. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • A legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
