Job Summary

Tommy's Express Car Wash is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate Cashier to join our team. As a Sales Associate Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, provide solutions to meet their needs, and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Drive sales by creating strategic plans, initiating actions to maximize efficiencies, and eliminating obstacles.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual appearance and product displays.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Transactions: Process POS purchases and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with coworkers to ensure proper guest service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Superior communication and problem-solving skills, collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills, highest level of integrity and ethics, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on experience with POS transactions.
  • Personality: Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus, ability to perform under pressure, and address complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided. Employee will be working in AC as well as outside throughout the workday. On slow days or rainy days, employee may be required to do manual work (i.e., cleaning, stocking shelves, etc.).
