Job DescriptionThis physician leadership position plays a crucial role in building clinical teams focused on service delivery, driving key business metrics, and growing core business. As the Director of Medical Operations, you will be responsible for implementing strategy, maintaining internal and external relationships across markets, and ensuring quality and patient safety through the execution of clinical models across markets and service lines.
You will also be accountable for managing key clinical and financial metrics, including PI's, CMP, case length, days to first recheck, specialist referral rate, and other disability management and referral pattern metrics delivered by Clinical Analytics. Additionally, you will identify the need for coding and EMR specialists intervention for field re-training, participate in risk management activities, mentor clinicians on service delivery, and work collaboratively with therapy and operations to ensure optimal support and workflows to foster a caring environment for treatment.
