Position Overview
We are in search of a Critical Care Registered Nurse for our Float Pool to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act, utilizing therapeutic communication and maintaining a safe environment. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying nursing issues based on individual patient needs.
- Planning personalized patient care through an interdisciplinary approach.
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives.
- Documenting all patient care activities.
- Promoting customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in Tennessee.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within six months for specific units.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within six months for specific units.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification training required within six months for Emergency Department nurses.
