Job Summary

The Team Trainer will be responsible for supporting the training and development of new team members, as well as ongoing education and skill-building for existing employees. This role will work closely with team leaders and other trainers to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve business goals.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience working in retail or a related field, and be comfortable speaking with small and large groups and inspiring others. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow team members, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the training and development of new team members">
  • Ongoing education and skill-building for existing employees">
  • Work closely with team leaders and other trainers to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve business goals">
  • Ensures new and ongoing store and team training programs are successfully delivered and completed">
  • Coordinates with Team Leaders and the Store Trainer to schedule New Member training during their first four shifts">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred">
  • 6 months of experience working in retail or a related field">
