Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Donuts of Rutland. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Crew Members, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Lead and motivate a team of Crew Members to achieve operational goals and standards
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain a well-stocked store
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, including displays and signage
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a quick-service restaurant or retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store appearance
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
