Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator at KinderCare Learning Companies, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include implementing our research-backed curriculum, partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children, supporting your center's success through goal-oriented teamwork, and cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, and corporate partners. You will be empowered to take ownership of your practice, using your creativity and expertise to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for our young students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively. You should also hold CPR and First Aid Certification or be willing to obtain it, meet state-specific qualifications for the role, and be actively pursuing or have already obtained a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Physical ability to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors is also essential. Finally, you must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English fluently to communicate with children and their parents in English.
