Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and offshore development teams, ensuring clear communication of product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with customer representatives to refine and clarify project specifications.
  • Understand and articulate the end-to-end customer experience, technical frameworks, and project objectives to ensure alignment with product vision.
  • Facilitate effective communication across various teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements between onshore and offshore operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the telecommunications or cable industry, with a solid understanding of product development best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp technical complexities quickly.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions.
  • Experience in Billing & Revenue Management, as well as familiarity with Front End Technologies, is a plus.

Experience: 10 to 14 years in a relevant field.

Compensation: The annual salary for this role ranges from $102,600 to $187,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
