Job Title: NET Developer 8-11

This is a remote opportunity for a skilled .NET Developer to work with our client on a 12+ month project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Lyniate Rhapsody and HL7.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Systems Integration Section Manager to identify, prioritize, and schedule workload and implementation to IT standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with customer and subject matter experts for system design, migration to the new framework, and testing.
  • Develop and maintain Rhapsody routes, logic, and processes to handle new data elements and formats.
  • Modernize legacy computer systems and processes to Rhapsody routes and logic.
  • Advise the team on best practices and techniques, and mentor technical team members on advanced topics.
  • Assist in onboarding providers to utilize Rhapsody-supported services like HL7 electronic lab reporting and electronic test orders and results.
Requirements:
  • Lyniate Rhapsody software expertise.
  • HL7, XML, SQL, ASP.NET, C#, and Web Services (REST, SOAP, WSDL) skills.
  • Critical thinking skills and problem resolution.
Preferred Skills:
  • LOINC / SNOMED.
  • Java, MVC, JQUERY, AJAX, SVN.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff, customers, and others involved in data-centric management.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.

This is a 40-hour per week position, with the possibility of flexible hours during the week and occasional weekend work. The selected candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
