Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the store's overall sales performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment; automotive sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
