Optician Assistant

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Apprentice Optician to join our team of in-house optical experts. As an Apprentice Optician, you'll work under the direct supervision of a Certified Optician mentor and learn the ins and outs of meeting our customers' eyewear needs.

• Learn and master the skills required to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear, and execute these details with flawless accuracy.
• Develop expertise in checking that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards, as well as customer requirements and requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Work with your team to ensure all customers receive exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate with your team to form best practices for sales and customer service that can be implemented throughout the organization.
