Job Description

The Armed Elite Security Professional conducts armed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and/or exterior) to ensure the facility's high-quality security services protect people and property.

This role involves controlling access and egress, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, composing reports, deterring criminal activity, and misconduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the facility is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in a vehicle.
  • Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
  • Sound alarms or call the police or fire department in case of a fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
  • Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
  • Permit authorized persons to enter the property and monitor entrances and exits.
  • Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements.
  • Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post.
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
  • Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
  • Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances both orally and in writing.
