  • Responsible for the human, financial, and material resources as well as data and information entrusted to us.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene.
  • Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Report observations of changes in client's behavior or condition to direct supervisor. Record and document thoroughly.
  • Ensuring that safety protocols and procedures are carried out properly.
  • Following client privacy rules and applying professional ethics.
  • Gathering and stocking various supplies.
  • Provide infection control, implementing/using universal precautions, disposal of waste.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of professional experience as a CNA or performing similar duties/assignments of a CNA.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred or as per state requirement.
  • CPR/First Aid & AED Certified.
  • Certified in medication administration OR CNA's will be expected to take part in QMAP training within 60 days of hire and to successfully pass QMAP certification by 90 days of employment to remain in the position.
