Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement care.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
