About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Variance Analyst to join our team at Brink's. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions to minimize claim settlements and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with branch management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, interviewing relevant parties to determine the cause of discrepancies.
  • Review and analyze settlement forms to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Customer Care to investigate and resolve claims filed in MS Dynamics.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to ATM Business Rules and SOAP.
  • Provide management with regular feedback on reconciliation, servicing, and systems issues.
  • Document all investigations, interviews, and resolutions.
  • Identify causes for variances and recommend corrective action interventions as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the ATM industry, with a focus on servicing, residual balancing, or network settlement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience investigating and resolving claims differences.
  • Or, minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ATM reconciliation procedures.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in Access DB, BAMS, and iCash.
