Job Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing facility. This role entails the design and execution of innovative processes, machinery, and operational protocols. You will engage in Lean methodologies, participating in activities such as 5S, 8D, and root cause analysis, alongside other Lean tools to optimize productivity. Your collaboration with Global Product Line Managers will focus on the cost-effective development of new products. Furthermore, you will contribute to the refinement and advancement of processes related to both existing and new machinery. A key aspect of your position will involve researching and drafting Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) for new equipment aimed at boosting productivity and quality.
