- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
- 3 years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting.
- New Mexico Registered Nurse license and Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse recognition through the New Mexico Board of Nursing.
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Designation.
