Support Worker

**Job Summary**

We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll provide essential care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Estimated Salary:** $38,000 - $48,000 per year (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**

You will assist our residents with:

• Activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Medical administration and reporting requirements, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Light housekeeping duties, keeping resident rooms and common areas clean and organized
• Resident activities, fostering a sense of community and connection

**Requirements**

• CBRF certification required; other certifications an asset
• Availability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
