Job Summary:
As the Clinic Manager at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, you will play a key role in providing overall leadership and management of our ambulatory clinics. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic priorities, inspiring and empowering others, fostering open dialogue and teamwork, building relationships, and ensuring strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will also be responsible for managing a budget and making sound financial decisions, as well as resolving complex problems requiring innovative solutions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a BA/BS degree in healthcare, business, nursing, or a related field, as well as experience managing a P&L and budgeting. A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, along with previous experience managing a minimum of 10 staff people and working in ambulatory clinics. Experience in pediatrics and designated specialty is also highly valued.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
