About the Role
The LiRo Group is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a large building renovation and site work project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating pre-construction efforts, scheduling subcontractors, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-construction efforts in design and planning
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project deadlines
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met
- Provide job site leadership in scheduling, safety, and quality
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
- Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10-15 years of successful construction project management experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Building experience is a must; parks experience is a plus
