The estimated salary for this position is $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience, with flexible payment options every two weeks via ADP payroll system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of building exteriors, including sweeping, trash removal, and power washing
  • Clean and organize outdoor spaces, including pruning trees and shrubs, and fertilizing lawns
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping or maintenance
  • Ability to work 4.5 hours per service, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
