Piedmont Medical Center seeks a dedicated and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our CVICU team. This is a full-time, day shift position.

About the Role:

  • Clinical Supervisors work in collaboration with the Director to ensure the safe operation of the department, including patient care, staffing, and fiscal responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in acute care and a proven track record of achievement, management, and interpersonal relations.

Requirements:

  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. If you hold a license from another Compact state, you must apply for a Multi-State RN License within 30 days.
  • CPR certification is required, as well as any additional certifications designated by the unit.
  • A BSN degree is preferred or actively pursuing a degree with a designated graduation date.
  • Relevant mandatory certifications for the department must be obtained within the orientation period.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of Acute Care experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Certifications as required by the designated unit assignment.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
