About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, investigating problems, and developing solutions.

You will maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and identify business opportunities. You will work closely with Store Managers and other store employees to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be punctual, and able to manage time efficiently. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
