Recovery Coach Opportunity at Monte Nido River Towns

Monte Nido River Towns, a leading residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders, is seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey, providing guidance and intervention consistent with their treatment plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in developing healthy relationships with others in the milieu and the team.
  • Assist with food preparation and setup, modeling and supervising client meals and snacks.
  • Engage in therapeutic groups and develop core skills to promote clinical growth.
  • Conduct rounds and provide observations.
  • Occasionally, drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of post-high school education, preferably in Psychology.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting, highly desired.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history.
  • Excellent communication and client relations skills, service orientation, flexibility, and ability to work as a team member.
