**Responsibilities**

  • Process store merchandise to the selling floor, replenishing inventory and providing product knowledge to guests.
  • Work with the Stock Coordinator to maintain a neat and orderly stock room, ensuring shipping and supply levels are accurate and accessible.
  • Process all inbound and outbound shipments in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate in store-related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory-related inquiries and discrepancies.

**Essential Requirements**

  • 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with numbers.
  • Organized and efficient, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders regularly.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
