About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Community Outreach. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and communications, with experience in managing large-scale collaborative programs. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, as well as 5+ years of working experience in marketing with at least 2 years in community-based marketing communications.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement multi-year integrated marketing strategies to promote grant program objectives and milestones.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications materials, including brochures, slide decks, FAQs, press releases, digital and social media content, website content, and other collateral.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Design and implement community engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other key stakeholders to align marketing and engagement efforts with overall program goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and assigned agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
