Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cancer Center Inpatient team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support to individuals with hematological and oncological illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in cancer care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1-2 years of experience in oncology or a related field
