Job Summary:
Anders Group is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
