We are seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team at Par Pacific. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our transportation vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain transportation vehicles and equipment, including gasoline and diesel engines, as well as electric motors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with vehicles and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
- CDL B license preferred.
- One or more years of experience as an auto or diesel mechanic preferred.
- ASE certifications or relevant college courses a plus.
