Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow in Early Intervention, you will be responsible for providing home and community-based early intervention services to children birth to three. You will partner with parents/caregivers to ensure services are specifically addressing the priorities identified by the family.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Speech Language Pathologist services in a home/community setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess clients using a variety of tools and advise on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities
- Provide intervention in the form of direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and/or written programs
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies and procedures related to privacy
- Complete professional documentation according to Aspire and DPH procedures
- CF Supervision
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution
- Ability to independently organize, manage, and prioritize tasks, including clinical caseload and collaboration with teams
- Computer skills, including Outlook, MS Office, Google Docs, and Database Management
- Ability to lift and move children up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
