Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce software solutions.
  • Act as a technical liaison between IT management and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and IT personnel to create and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage and oversee Salesforce-related projects involving external vendors, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor performance, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
  • Provide training and support to internal staff to increase organizational self-reliance on Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, applying continuous learning to all projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SKUID, Workato, and HIPAA compliance is advantageous but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulatory environments.
