**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at CSG's Bakery in Sunbury, PA. As a Baker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bakery, including instructing and assisting individuals with a mental illness and/or an intellectual and developmental disability to develop transferable work skills in preparation for competitive employment while making quality baked goods and food to be sold to businesses and customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct quality control on all products
• Order supplies and monitor inventory
• Account for deliveries to customers and drive to various work sites
• Be willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma-informed care: safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment
• Have a commitment to promote cultural, racial, language, and gender access, diversity, equity, and inclusion

**Requirements:**

• 1 year of bakery or food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Valid PA Driver's license and ability to drive passenger vans
• Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Servsafe Certified
• ACRE or CESP certificate
• Marketing, social media, and point of sale cash register experience
• Behavioral Health and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disability experience
