About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Azalea City Animal Hospital. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in leading our staff and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of paraprofessional staff, including annual performance reviews.
  • Financial Management: Manage the hospital's P&L, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory.
  • Customer Service: Resolve client issues and escalations, and oversee follow-up communications.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Veterinary practice management experience preferred, but strong candidates from other service industries will also be considered.
  • A positive attitude, strong people skills, and emotional intelligence.
