**Job Summary**

The Customer Accounts Advisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal and customer retention. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and promote timely lease agreement renewal payments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the acquisition and maintenance of customers to protect company assets.
  • Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) to resell the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
  • Act as a customer counselor to provide guidance and support to customers.
  • Assist in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
  • Document all customer appointments in the store computer system.
  • Maintain updated customer information.
  • Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed.
  • Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directed.
  • Safely operate company vehicles and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Professional groomed appearance.
  • Good driving skills.
  • Ability to work a schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm.
  • Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy.
