Telecommunications Supervisor Job Description

**About the Role**

As a Telecommunications Supervisor at Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC, you will play a critical role in overseeing the company's construction program. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each job site adheres to the company's construction rules, practices, and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and implement the company's construction program to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities
* Coordinate, lead, and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors, and other interested parties
* Ensure construction schedules are met on time and all corporate policies and procedures are followed

**Requirements**

* 3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industry
* Working knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, practices, and regulations pertaining to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable outside plant facilities
* Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirements
* Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
* Ability to work in a solo and team environment, travel, and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
