About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to join our team at Floor Coverings International of Champaign. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects and provide expert guidance on design and installation options.
  • Sales System: Utilize our proprietary sales system to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyze customer data.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer needs.
  • Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager to resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Drive and Determination: Demonstrate a strong competitive drive, with a willingness to exceed sales targets and achieve exceptional results.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player who can contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Earning Potential: Expect an average of $60,000-$80,000+, with top performers earning over $100,000.
