Job Title: Dietary Aide

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at the Oglala Sioux Lakota Nursing Home Inc. The successful candidate will provide assistance to all dietary functions, ensuring that meals are served in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in serving meals, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to established dietary policies and procedures.
* Prepare and deliver snacks, as well as assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
* Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident care information.
* Report all hazardous conditions/equipment to the director of food services immediately.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
